Send a tech-pack, a mood reference or a competitor sample. We match dimension, material, finish and hardware across the cluster, produce a counter-sample for approval, and hold that sample as the reference for the bulk lot.

Décor is where damage claims come from. Each format gets a packing spec — corner protection, cell partitions, double-wall cartons, palletised or shrink-wrapped — with drop-test feedback fed into the spec before the main lot runs.
